This year the sustainably themed lecture/film series organized by Sustainable Stockton and co-sponsored by the Midwest Renewable Energy Association will schedule events January through March.

Thursday, January 13, 2011, 7:00 p.m. - Balance: The Key to Sustainable Communities and Societies will be the kick-off lecture given by Lowell Klessig, Emeritus Professor of Human Dimensions of Natural Resources Development and an Extension specialist with the College of Natural Resources.

 Thursday, February 10, 2011, 7:00 p.m. - The film, Dirt, will be shown.  It’s the story of humans trying to reconnect to dirt, the living skin of the earth.
